How this estimate works

Uses the entered rates and payment timing. Taxes and unentered costs are excluded. Estimates are not offers or eligibility decisions. Assumes the starting balance is fully drawn, no additional draws and no rate changes. Draw-period interest is paid rather than added to the balance. Later repayment starts after the draw period.

Results use unrounded intermediate amounts; display and CSV round to cents. Actual lender rounding and day counts can differ. Inputs are calculated locally and are not submitted to our server.
