How this estimate works

Uses the entered rates and payment timing. Taxes and unentered costs are excluded. Estimates are not offers or eligibility decisions. Enter actual quoted program fees and mortgage insurance. No program rates, eligibility rules, exemptions or fee cancellations are assumed. Insurance stays at the entered monthly amount for the modeled term. Assumes a fixed rate, equal monthly periods and end-of-month payments. Entered financed fees increase the balance.
